Stage Europe Network präsentiert: Charlotte Buff
Indie Folk aus Bremen
Time seems to stand still, as Charlotte Buff, a three-man indie folk band from Bremen, Germany, enters the stage. At times poetic and mystical, at times clear and hard, the band tells stories of life and failure. Various musical influences inspire the band’s unique sound, which is created by a diverse instrumentation with acoustic and electronic instruments. Within the songs, there is often a touch of nostalgia and always some longing for the sea to be heard.
In 2015, Charlotte Buff – back then as “Lotte” – went to Denmark due to musical self-discovery and composing. After numerous concerts the band released their debut EP “The Tide” in September 2016.
Das STAGE EUROPE NETWORK hat sich die Förderung junger Nachwuchsbands auf europäischer Ebene durch musikbezogene Austauschprojekte auf die Fahne geschrieben. Der Fokus liegt auf dem interkulturellen Austausch, der Talentförderung und der Professionalisierung junger Musiker im Alter von 13 bis 30. In diesem Jahr wird das STAGE EUROPE NETWORK erstmal auf dem SUMMERSOUNDS FESTIVAL in Kooperation mit Radio Bremen Vier stattfinden.
